Aptus FonB app for iPhone and iPad

‘FonB for iPhone’ works with FonB Server (an Asterisk Phonebook Solution) and provides all the functionalities of the FonB Web Portal, right on your iOS powered smartphone - you won’t need to access your computer to manage your calls anymore. Its primary use is to synchronise your iPhone Contacts with your FonB Server & vice versa. It also makes it easier for you to search and dial any contact from within your iPhone. By using FonB iPhone App, you can place the call on your deskphone, or Mobile. The Mobile call can be ‘IAX VoIP client’ or ‘GSM based’ depending on your calling choice. No need to disconnect a VoIP based call while leaving an Internet enabled zone, as you can switch an active ongoing call seamlessly from ‘VoIP medium’ to ‘GSM medium’ in one click. You can also create ‘rewrite rules’ to instantaneously alter all of your contacts to match your Asterisk Server dialplan (for instance, add 9 before dialing any number, replacing + sign with 900 etc. all at once). Listen to the authorised recorded calls right from your IP Deskphone (Imagine the power of this feature being a team leader - especially when youre away from office). The Unified Call History will keep you updated with calls made by your registered devices (your IP Phone in office, your Webphone on Aptus Portal, and even your iPhone Calls) at a single place within your iPhone.

Important Note: This app works with FonB Server release 1.1.1 or higher.
